How It Works

This practice is gentle, simple, and designed to be accessible, because nourishment shouldn’t feel like another task.

  • 1. Choose Your Spot

    Find a quiet, comfortable place, outdoors or even by a window. It could be a backyard, park, forest trail, or garden bench. Let it be close. Let it be yours.

  • 2. Join the Zoom Audio Call

    You’ll connect with a small community of nature-lovers from across the province, gathering live for 30 minutes of presence and stillness.

  • 3. Guided Grounding

    We begin with a short, gentle guided somatic meditation to help you arrive in your body and gently awaken your senses to the world around you.

  • 4. The Sit Spot

    For 10 minutes, we sit together in stillness. Listening. Watching. Feeling. No agenda… just being.

  • 5. Gentle Debrief (Optional)

    After the Sit Spot, you’re welcome to share what you noticed or felt. This is a soft space, no pressure, just presence.

  • 6. Return to Your Day

    You’ll leave feeling lighter, more grounded, and more attuned to the natural rhythm around and within you.
