Welcome to the Wellness in the Woods Community Hub
Part retreat space, part community experience, full nature immersion
Experience the true essence of nature in our simple, shared living space.
At Wellness in the Woods, we believe in stripping away distractions and modernization to embrace the natural world.
Our cozy, rugged home provides a warm and safe base, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the surrounding forest and water.
Here, simplicity becomes a pathway to profound connection with the wild.
🍃 What Is the Community Hub?
The Wellness in the Woods Community Hub is both a physical space and a living experiment in aligning life to nature’s rhythms.
While not a short-term rental, it serves as the home base for Angela Herzog’s trauma-informed offerings, including her 4-tiered Soul-O Retreats, forest walks, somatic sessions, and women’s circles.
🌱 A Shared Eco-System
A tree thrives in a forest. So can your soul.
The intricate interplay of all living systems within a forest teaches us how to be in relationship.
That’s why the Wellness in the Woods Community Hub is creating an intentional shared living space.
We believe that part of recovering from the toxicity of productivity culture is remembering how to be in community in a way that feels safe and reciprocal.
Shared space invites deeper conversations, teamwork, and respectful awareness: of how to listen, how to share, and how to simply rest and be, side by side.
Just like the forest, we thrive on interconnection and reciprocity.
🌿 Find your place of belonging within the hub’s shared eco-system.

💭 A Note from Angela
“This space is the fruition of a vision I’ve held for years, not just as a therapist, but as a white woman learning how to live in right relationship with land, seasons, and others. I’m opening this intentional space so people can return to the simplicity of the wild. This is my experiment in community, re-wilding and reciprocity, and you’re invited.”
